The 1st section is laid out with a limestone coating over 3 km , from the port of Valence sur Baïse to the Abbey of Flaran.

Benches and picnic tables have been installed under a poplar grove to guarantee you, around flowery spaces, privileged moments of relaxation in complete tranquility.

At the end of the route, you will arrive at the Abbey of Flaran, (historical monument) where you will discover its monastic buildings, its gardens which present a perfect illustration of a Cistercian ensemble from the 12th century.
